It also includes the professional installation of the generator and automatic transfer switch, followed by complete system commissioning. As part of our all-in-one installation service, we handle every component needed for a fully functional setup, including the concrete pad and gas connections, either natural gas or propane, through a trusted partner. Each installation comes with operational testing, confirmation of automatic power transfer during outages, and clear instructions on usage and maintenance to ensure a solution that is reliable, safe, and built to last.
Generac generator inspection and fine-tuning
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure a generator’s reliability, extend its lifespan, and guarantee proper operation during a power outage. HR Électrique offers preventive maintenance and tuning services that follow Generac’s recommendations, carried out by a trained and certified team.

Terms and important information
All maintenance and tuning visits are scheduled Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., based on our team’s availability.
Repairs are not included in the maintenance plans, except when covered under the Generac warranty.
Optional remote monitoring of the generator is available for $29 per month and is included in the Master plan.
